My Yoga Essentials

These are my tried-and-true yoga essentials, I've reached for again and again over the years.  I gravitate toward quality props that serve more than one purpose.  None of them are necessary to begin.  Use what you have, choose what feels good, and make the practice your own.

My go-to mat for durability & comfort. A worthwhile investment for a growing practice. IMHO splurge on the longer wider mat.

Only 1.5 mm thick and 2.2 lbs! Folds easily. Perfect for small hotel spaces, whether I'm squeezing in a workout or simply stretching and breathing.

Yoga Blocks

Lightweight and easy to carry for studio classes, or any off-site flow.  I love these when I want support without the extra weight.

Cork Yoga Blocks

For home practice, I love the grounded feel of cork.  They fell sturdy, earthy, and secure-especially when you want a little more stability

Navy and Cream Woven Throw Blanket.png

Yoga Blankets

My most versatile yoga prop! Fold, roll, or layer for comfort, support, and grounding. Perfect for Savasana, cushioning joints, or an impromptu picnic. I recommend having two!

Sage Green Yoga Mat with Carry Strap.png

Yoga Strap

Two essentials in one! Use it as a strap to support your stretches, then loop the ends around your mat and toss it over your shoulder. Simple, practical, and easy to take anywhere.
